Each Custom Engraving is $60, crafted with care just for you.

How many Characters can I include? Are Symbols Allowed?
Your personalization can include up to 15 characters. Want a heart? Simply type "<3" in the engraving notes

Are Engraved Items Eligible for Refund?
Unfortunately No. Because each engraving is personalized, these items are Non-Refundable.

Do you deliver engraved items?
At this time, engraving orders are only available for in store pickup. You may choose from one of our 10 convenient locations.

How long does an engraved item take to complete?
Your custom order will be ready in approximately one week. Your confirmed delivery date will be displayed at the top of the home screen.

Can all perfumes be engraved?
Absolutely! Every perfume available on our site can be custom engraved.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Cash, Endcash and all major credit cards.

What can I do if there's a Typo on my Engraving Text?
Because each engraved item is custom-crafted, we’re unable to make changes once your order has been placed and Checkout is complete. We strongly recommend reviewing your text carefully before submitting your order. If an engraving error occurs on our end, we will remake or correct the item at no additional cost.
